KADS will visit your property to conduct a FREE design consultation.
We can discuss the kind of extension you require, whether it is a single storey, two-storey, position of windows, type of roof etc. We will also try and ascertain certain design elements that need to be incorporated - for example period features from the original dwelling.
Don’t worry if you haven’t done this kind of thing before, as KADS will help you make informed decisions regarding layout, positioning of windows, stairs, doors, etc.

If a hand drawn is your preference then KADS can offer this too. Clean lines and sharp angles are great for clarity which, is why all of our Building Regulations plans are produced in CAD.
However, for the purposes of visualisation, KADS believes that the hand drawn effect gives more of a natural look which can assist particularly during the planning/consultation stages.
